• Regupol® AG is the widest used track floor in the World.
• Meets all the international requirements of the professional track floor.
• Is IAAF certified and meets DIN 18035-0 standards.
• Bottom layer is pre-fabricated by computerized processes in rolls and hence of homogeneous thickness and elasticity.
• This bottom layer is adhered to the subfloor via a special kind of adhesive.
• Second layer is wear layer and is made of non-permeable liquid PU. This layers infuses to the bottom layer and are thus bound together firmly and is resistant to debonding and
stripping.
• Top layer is made of EPDM granules of various thicknesses anda re spread and partly buried in the liquid second layer of PU.
• Top layer protects the second layer against spikes for long lasting and provides firm foot grip.
• 3-3,5 mm of the spikes grip this EPDM layer and the rest is buried in the second layer to provide anti-slide and anti-glide.
Material Compound
Wear Layer : PU layer in which spikes are partly buried to provide anti-slip and anti-glide.
Elastic Layer : Prefabricated layer in roll forms made of rubber granules.
Subfloor : Asphalt or concrete.
Thickness : Bottom layer 10 mm and second layer 3 mm as standard. Other thicknesses upon request.
Resistance to Weather Conditions : Resistant to UV, tropic and extreme cold conditions and humidity levels.
Performance Level : International Competitions, Olympic Games, Amateur Competitions, School Competitions and training purposes for all.
